Saeed Fakharian had over 10 years of experience in construction of mid to high rise residential buildings. After emigrating to Canada in 2007, Saeed had worked in infrastructure projects specializing in deep foundations before becoming a quantity surveyor. His fields of expertise include budget development and project monitoring.
Saeed earned a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from University of Ottawa.
Dan Sparling

Dan Sparling is an established construction professional with over 19 years of experience in Hydro Electric Generation, Nuclear Facilities and Heavy Civil Construction. His areas of expertise include procurement, contract administration, budget development, cost control and construction progress monitoring.
Dan earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Carleton University in Ottawa.
Francis Lo
MSc, MRICS, PQS, PMP, LEED Green Associate
Francis Lo has over 26 years of experience working in the Quantity Surveying, Payment Certification, and Project Management fields. His work experience also includes 8 years as an Engineers Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces. His expertise includes budget and cash flow development, project monitoring and claims analysis.
Francis earned a Master of Science degree in International Construction Management from University of Bath, UK.
Francis had lectured at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology for 22 years in Project Management, Civil Engineering Cost Estimating and Contract Documentation for the Department of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Building Science.

Arya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering. He brings over 10 years of hands-on experience in building construction and industrial structural projects.
In addition to his engineering background, Arya has 5 years of experience in digital marketing, combining technical knowledge with modern marketing strategies to support business growth.
He is currently pursuing his CEC certification in Canada and works at ICPM as a Quantity Surveyor and Digital Marketer, contributing to both project cost management and the company’s online presence.

Ahmad Jahanbazi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. He worked for 7 years in Iran as a General Contractor, managing various construction projects and site operations.
In Canada, he has gained 3 years of local experience, including 2 years as a Field Coordinator and 1 year as a Project Coordinator, contributing to project planning, scheduling, and on-site coordination.
He is currently ongoing the PMP certificate process and has collaborated with ICPM as a Project Assistant, supporting project management and administrative operations.
